BOOKING YOUR WATERCOLOUR PAINTING HOLIDAY.

1.Firstly, please contact me by email, telephone or fax letting me have the following information: [view my contact details]

a) your preferred course date
b) the number of persons wishing to attend, including non-participating guests,
c) the precise dates of arrival and departure,
d) any dietary or other requirements,
e) your skill level – i.e, beginner or some experience.

2.I will respond, confirming availability and provisional reservation when I would ask you to print off and complete the online booking form and enclose a deposit for £75.00 sterling within 7 days.

3.Upon receipt of these funds, I will forward to you confirmation of receipt and your reservation, enclosing further information regarding hotel, format of course, essential materials to bring with you and date when balance of holiday cost becomes payable. This is normally 42 days prior to commencement of course.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

Flights, Sea Crossings, Car Hire, Insurance,etc

You may wish to make your travel arrangements independently. From our experience, however, we have found that Guernsey Travel operators are often able to quote more competitive rates for sea and air travel to the island and we would recommend that you contact Channel Island Direct, Tel.no: 01481-729660 to compare current prices.

You will need to quote the reference number to identify with Watercolour Holidays which is S1206.

Channel Islands Direct Registrations are as follows:
ATOL2713; ABTA V0762; IATA CITOG.

Only payments in respect of arrangements entered into with Channel Islands Direct should be made to that company.

INSURANCE

It is recommended that holiday insurance is taken out to cover any loss due to unavoidable cancellation or curtailment.
